No hot water woes

Target audience seeking comfort

The shower was stone cold first night, I mean, I was running what felt like over 50 gallons, just to get it warm enough to not feel like I was in a freezer. Then we moved to another room next morning, and not only did we find it cleaner, but, honestly, it had a much fresher air, no cigarette smell this time. That was a relief.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you know, it was still somewhat acceptable.

Our stay was enjoyable, especially the spacious King Room and great service at the lobby. I just wish there were more amenities, like a hair dryer!

Comfortable room, essential amenities, with a flat-screen TV and outdoor swimming pool that made our stay enjoyable despite the initial hot water issue.

No hot water first night, we had to run 50 or more gallons of water trying to get even warm water.

The stay was decent for a short trip with my partner, as we were primarily visiting the local attractions. The large room provided plenty of space, and I appreciated the customer service at the lobby. they were very professional and accommodating. However, it was disappointing that there were no essential amenities like a hair dryer or iron, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The location of Heritage Park Inn in Kissimmee is really convenient. It's close to attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. However, I had issues with the amenities. They didn't provide clean towels for two days, and I had to ask for them on the third day. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, which was frustrating. The room wasn't serviced during our stay. trash wasn’t emptied until we left. My husband had trouble with the room key, which wouldn’t unlock the door, and I had to force it open to let him in. The hot water was lacking, the first night's shower was cold, and the second night was only slightly better. We also expected breakfast but found that it wasn’t offered. The noise from the parking lot made it hard to relax at night. Overall, the place needs better management and attention to guest comfort.

Free parking was a plus, but cigarette smoke in the room was unbearable.
